2. The Service
EGLE Chat is an artificial intelligence chatbot designed to generate information, ideas, suggestions and conversational responses. The Service is provided for general informational and productivity purposes. Artificial intelligence may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. You should independently verify important information before relying upon it.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are below the minimum legal age required to use the Service independently, you may only use EGLE Chat with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
4. User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content.
7. AI-Generated Content
Responses generated by EGLE Chat are created automatically using artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses:

The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

EGLE Chat, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to PERCEPTION AI FZCO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. EGLE Chat may integrate with or provide links to third-party products or services. PERCEPTION AI FZCO is not responsible for third-party services, websites or content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to:

- Merchantability.
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
- Uninterrupted availability.
- Non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be correct, suitable or free from errors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PERCEPTION AI FZCO and its directors, employees, affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of EGLE Chat. This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of profits.
- Business interruption.
- Loss of data.
- Reputational damage.
- Loss of goodwill.
- Lost opportunities.
- Reliance on AI-generated responses.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PERCEPTION AI FZCO, its directors, employees and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of EGLE Chat.
- Your violation of applicable laws.
- Your infringement of the rights of another person.
17. Export Controls and Sanctions
You agree not to use EGLE Chat in violation of applicable export control, trade sanctions or other international laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service under applicable laws.
18. Force Majeure
PERCEPTION AI FZCO shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, labour disputes or failures of third-party service providers.

We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of EGLE Chat at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of EGLE Chat after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of EGLE Chat.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and International Privacy Addendum, constitute the entire agreement between you and PERCEPTION AI FZCO regarding the use of EGLE Chat.
